| WHY | The time has come, and the need exists, for affordable, Sustainable,environmentally friendly housing. |
| WHAT | RGBS is a consulting firm specializing in residential green construction products and techniques. RGBSrepresents several technologies (“The Real Green Team”)that meet this goal. Some of these products and techniques are new and do not meet existing codes as written. RGBS has contracted for a test home to be constructed in Farmington New Mexico. This home will incorporate several of these water and energy saving technologies. RGBS has received a small business grant from Sandia National Laboratories. This grant was issued for research and evaluation of these technologies. |
| WHEN | Construction has started and should be completed in July of 2009. Research evaluation of the home will continue for 12 months. |
| WHERE | RGBS has offices in New Mexico and New Hampshire and offers services in all of North America. |
